一、新技术不需要传统工艺的庞大的脱硝吸收装置,所需的核心设备为气阻高效气液反应器,而传统脱硝装置的高度达30m以上,新技术设备占地面积和基建投资费用也很低。
二、新技术的运行成本极低,用工仅为传统技术的70%,并且其设备安装方便、易于操作、工作效率高、维护费用低。
三、脱硝剂成本低廉,也不需要加压和喷射装置。
四、新技术可实现脱硫、脱硝、深度除尘一体化。即在燃煤烟气的处理时,脱硫、脱硝、深度除尘一起进行,与传统技术相比将会有更明显的经济效益。
五、新技术所使用的设备小而紧凑,投资省、运行成本低、也适合其他企业如有色金属冶炼厂、钢铁厂的脱硫、脱硝。这是传统技术所无法做到的,这也是目前实用、具推广价值的脱硫、脱硝新技术。

Water Treatment Field:SSHJ is the expert in condensate polishing system, boiler feedwater treatment system, membrane water treatment system (UF, RO, EDI), waste water treatment system and programmed control system in water treatment. Flue Gas Treatment Field:SSHJ has carried out long-term strategic and technical cooperation with experts and professors from a number of domestic colleges, universities and research institutions. Also, the company works on desulfurization, denitration and dedusting projects of boiler flue gas. The company provides one package service covering design, production and installation. The cooperation, research and development of the company in wet process of NOx removal technology for coal boiler fuel gas has achieved a new significant breakthrough, i.e., the successfully developed brand new liquid process of NOx removal technology for coal boiler fuel gas. Compared with the traditional SCR denitration, the new technology has six major advantages.
I. The new technology doesn’t need the traditional bulky denitration absorbing device, and the required key device is air resistance efficient gas-liquid reactor, while the height of traditional denitrification device reaches over 30m. In addition, the new technical equipment covers a smaller area and has lower infrastructure investment cost.
II. The operating cost of the new technology is extremely low, and the labor is only 70% of that of traditional echnology. Besides, the equipment installation is convenient, easy to operate, and of high efficiency and low aintenance charge.
III. The cost of denitrfying agent is low, and pressure device and jet bubbler aren’t required.
IV. The new technology can achieve integration of desulfurization, denitration and depth dedusting, namely, desulfurization, denitration and depth dedusting can be carried out simultaneously in treating coal-fired flue gas, which will generate more economic benefits when compared with the traditional technology.
V. The equipment adopted by the new technology is in small size, compact , of lower investment and operating costs, and applicable for desulfurization and denitration of other enterprises such as the non-ferrous metal metallurgy plants and steel plants. The above cannot be achieved with the raditional technology. At present, the new technology becomes the most practical, and of the most promotional value for desulfurization and denitration.
VI. The new technology has strong desulfurization and denitration ability capability, so the using coal enterprises can completely use high sulphur coal for production, while the price of high sulphur coal is 60 to 80 yuan per ton cheaper than that of qualified coal. Taking small and medium-sized thermal power plants whose daily coal consumption is 3000 tons as an example, the saved cost will be 180,000 to 240,000 yuan per day, therefore, promoting the new technology can not only achieve desulfurization and denitration, but also create considerable economic benefits for the.
